What is the Grow to Win (GTW) – Corporate Accounts Program?

The GTW – Corporate Account Program recognizes Corporate Accounts sales associates for their contributions to Ecolab’s growth in winning new business. There are two main types of awards—and MANY ways to earn them:

  • Grow to Win – Winners Circle Trip
  • Global Rewards Catalog points

How do I earn an All-Star Award?

All-Star Awards are given quarterly. Quarterly All-Star winners are based on the top performers within each business that have the highest percentage of GTW net new business (reoccurring sales only) vs. target in that quarter.

Every Quarterly All-Star win earns associates an entry into a year-end random drawing for a chance to be named a Year-End All-Star.

What is Wonders of the World?

Wonders of the World is a multi-year travel campaign. It’s a new approach to incredible travel experiences. Destinations from across the globe that have a unique element of wonder and awe are hand-selected to elevate the GTW – Winners Circle Trip experience.

When is the GTW – Winners Circle Trip?

Those who achieve the GTW – Winners Circle Trip in recognition of their 2024 performance will earn a spot on our trip April 6–10, 2025, for them and a guest.

How do I qualify for the trip?

plus

You must meet your personal performance objectives (PPO) as set by your sales management, and you must have no preventable accidents or code of conduct violations in the program year. The selection of trip winners will be determined by annual sales reporting and confirmed by sales management.

What is a Trailblazer?

Trailblazer status is reserved for Corporate Accounts sales associates that achieve a big win January – August 2024. A spot is held* on the GTW – Winners Circle Trip for them and a guest. Each year a set number of spots is set aside for Trailblazers. Learn more about this prestigious award.

*Trip achievement is subject to final results. At the end of the year, final trip selections will be communicated.

Who else joins the trip?

There are also several additional spots reserved for Functional Partners. These partners are nominated and selected at the end of the year.

What is included in the trip?

Trip inclusions are subject to change, but generally your trip will include the following for you and one guest (age 21+):

  • Round-trip air transportation
  • Four nights at the group hotel
  • Breakfast daily
  • Hosted activities
  • Cash allowance for meals at leisure
  • Private events
  • Internet access
  • Transfers and luggage handling to the hotel
  • Taxes, tips and gratuities connected with the items above
