What is One Ecolab?

One Ecolab is an enterprise-wide program focused on fueling growth. It all starts with adopting a One Ecolab mindset, which empowers us to reimagine how we want our customers to experience working with us – as one, full-service partner delivering unbeatable value through the solutions, services and insights only we can provide.

This mindset also focuses on the ways we work with each other. One Ecolab will help us build even stronger partnerships across our sectors and functions to elevate the customer experience, deliver even greater value and grow our collective impact in the world.

This means we are all in sales. No matter the role – we all serve our customers and contribute to the value we deliver, whether that’s directly or in the many ways we support the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. In fact, it’s one of the reasons why Functional Partners are now invited to join the trip. As a Corporate Accounts sales associate, lead the way to bring your teams together.
