How to Win

Earn Your Spot on the Trip

There are four ways to earn a spot for you and a guest on the Grow to Win (GTW) – Winners Circle Trip:

  • Trailblazers: Start the year off strong and secure a big win between January – August, and you could be named a Trailblazer. A spot on the trip will be held* for you and a guest—plus other perks!
  • Summer Sales Games: From June – August, you have the opportunity to be one of four "Gold-medal" winners—one per sector—and a spot on the trip will be held* for you and a guest.
  • Sales Boost: From September 1 – November 30, you have the chance to win one of four additional spots on the GTW – Winners Circle Trip to Athens in 2025! Winners will be selected in a random drawing during the January 2025 All-Hands Call. You can earn entries based on your sales—the more you sell, the more entries you receive for the drawing, based on your business's thresholds.
  • At the end of the year: High achievers within each business group will win their spot.

You must meet the qualifications to be eligible to earn the trip. See more details below.
