All-Star Awards
Earn recognition based on how you’re progressing toward your 2026 goal.
Quarterly All-Stars
If you are a top performer in your sector at quarter-end, you’ll be named a Quarterly All-Star and receive:
- Global Rewards Catalog points.
- An entry into the All-Star Drawing for a chance to win a spot on the Winners Circle Trip. Winners will be selected in a Live Drawing in January 2027.
All-Star Drawing
Every Quarterly All-Star win earns you an entry for a year-end random drawing. If your name is selected, you will receive:
- A trip enhancement (if attending trip)
OR - $500 in Global Rewards Catalog points (if not attending trip)
Recognition Winners
Each year, Recognition Winners are selected to recognize and reward high-performing individuals who do not achieve the trip.
